First Aid Training For Patricians

Last week, the U.S. Embassy coordinated with Sri Lanka Life Saving to provide #firstaid training to The American Corner Jaffna volunteers, as well as students from St. Patrick’s College, Jaffna. This “train the trainer” session provided certified Sri Lankan instructors the opportunity to share their knowledge with local youth. All the participants gained important skills to respond in emergencies and help save lives. The U.S. remains committed to the health and safety of all Sri Lankans.
